The Right HCG Diet Menu

In his book “Pound and Inches” Dr. Simeon clearly established the role of the diet in the HCG weight loss program. It activates the power of the HCG hormone to burn unwanted fats in your body.

It is a 500 calorie daily diet but loaded with proteins and fibers. The foods are mostly vegetables, seafood, though not all kinds, and fruits. You can still consume meats, but meats devoid of any traces of fats. Drinking plenty of liquids also helps, so you will be encouraged to do so.

Is there danger of ending up too depleted of energy as to hinder the performance of everyday routines? Naturally, you will want to be sure it does not disrupt your normal activities. The first two days of the diet plan will be reserved for augmenting your fat reserve. You will be asked to eat calorie rich foods. The purpose is simple. This will ensure you have enough stocks of energy to draw from when the 500 calorie a day diet is strictly implemented.

How should you go about preparing the appropriate diet menu? Well the easiest way is to take our tasty HCG recipes and use them to prepare your meals because they adhere to the original guide to what you should eat. For your convenience we have reproduced here the original menu provided by Dr. Simeons:

Breakfast:

Tea or coffee in any quantity without sugar. Only one tablespoonful of milk allowed in 24 hours. Saccharin or stevia may be used.

Lunch:

1. 100 grams of veal, beef, chicken breast, fresh white fish, lobster, crab, or shrimp. All visible fat must be carefully removed before cooking, and the meat must be weighed raw. It must be boiled or grilled without additional fat. Salmon, eel, tuna, herring, dried or pickled fish are not allowed. The chicken breast must be removed from the bird.

2. One type of vegetable only to be chosen from the following: spinach, chard, chicory, beet-greens, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radishes, cucumbers, asparagus, cabbage.

3. One breadstick (grissino) or one Melba toast.

4. An apple, orange, or a handful of strawberries or one-half

grapefruit.

Dinner:

The same four choices as lunch (above.)

I LOOK & FEEL GREAT.. i THANK THANK THE LORD FOR HCG IT IS THE BEST THING THAT EVER HAPPEN TO ME.I HAVE NEVER LOOK SO GOOD! PEOPLE ARE NOTICING ME I BELEIVE MY HEALTH WILL BEGAIN TO BE MUCH BETTER AND MY DOCTOR WILL BE SO PROUD OF MY WEIGHT LOSE.WHAT A MIRICLE.

I am trying to find deoderants and shampoo / conditioners in Aust that we can use while doing the HCG. all the ones here contain oil.

I can’t seem to find the site that tells me about vitamins, prescription drugs,and face creams. I don’t want to visit a lot of different sites, as I am not a whiz on the computer. I also need to know how much of an orange I can eat, the amount of vegetables. Is there a site that is easily accessible for all of these thing. I haven’t started yet, but will do so in the next week. Help
