“Hello Kalli it is Gretchen. I am attaching two before and after photos. Just a bit of back ground: I am a mother of 5 year old twins and I am 37 years old. My final numbers are:
Lost 29.6 pounds
BMI down 5.4
Fat percentage down 8%
Inches lost form neck to calves: 35 inches

As you can see, she lost almost 30 pounds, brought her BMI down 5.4, lost 8% body fat, and lost an astonishing 35 inches! And this was just on her first round! On top of all that she achieved this while being a busy mother of 5 year old twins!
Just imagine how much healthier she is having lost 8% body fat. And also just imagine how much better her clothes will fit after losing 35 inches! I think that she’s probably out shopping for a new wardrobe already!

It’s nice to see that us busy mothers can do this still! 8% body fat is a lot and so is 35 inches! Good job.

Thirty five inches…Man that is a ton…I have lost over 50 lbs but I didn’t measure myself to begin with so I don’t know how much I have lost but I went from a 4X shirt to a 2X & from a 48 in jeans to a 44. And I really suggest this to anyone needing to lose some serious weight fast…You look wonderful Keep it up…
